In September 2009, Brecknock teacher, Mrs. Lisa Horning, passed away after a long battle with cancer.  On Friday, March 30th, Brecknock honored Mrs. Horning’s memory by doing something that was dear to her heart….serving others. For years Mrs. Horning encouraged her students to show compassion for others by supporting organizations that help people in need.
